Does anyone know where I can find schematics for the Class 139 Locomotive or similar types currently in use by DB?

Hello,

special schematics for the 139 series are not needed because all 139 engines are converted series 140 or 110 engines (early 110 with six single air intakes and a window in the middle) so you can use the 110 / 140 series graphics.

you find them there: "Electric engines" -> "DE DB 110.1/140/139 4x" (#20335)
[in german BAHN-Version: "E-Loks" -> "DE DB 110.1/140/139 4x" (#20335)]

You can use all lacquerings other than the full-blue as DB Class 139

I'm not sure if this is what Anonymous wants... he asked for "schematics", isn't that a technical document in the real world (not BAHN)? I'd translate "schematic" as "Schaltplan"...

The only difference between class 140 and class 139 is the electrical brake of the 139 for the employment in the mountains. Therefore also the diagram of the 139 might correspond to that of the 140.

By the way: I coudn't find any diagram of class 140 or 139. Sorry.

I don't know, LEO (http://dict.leo.org/) only knows "colored schematics" (=Farbgrafiken)
