Easy build-up areas

Anyone have any ideas for how to make build-up areas easy? Because i hate to make then, although the output is pretty good. I'd like to have areas like these:

Did you try Benkda01's Bahnbauer? I haven't really used it much, but you should be able to use it for what you need.

The problem is, that i can't seem to run it. It says "runtime error 339". I have Win7, could that be the problem?
So is there any other way to do it easy without the program?

That could be an option, but the areas I want to build are often irregular, and I don't want to make it all look boring and repetitive. But yes, I'll try copy-paste. How dumb I didn't thought about that

There's still only few such houses/buidings elements in Bahn, so they'll start to repeat sooner or later anyway

Copy-paste is effective, but it is also repetitive, so I also make some small variations here and there, like small plazas or churches.
